A worn chain will jump, jam and cause the chainring sprockets to wear more quickly.

Includes 2 x chain length gauges:

• a) +0.075 mm per link: the chain needs to be replaced quickly in order to avoid changing the sprockets
• b) +0.10 mm per link: replace the chain and the sprockets; chainrings may be worn
